Serviced Cloud are independently assessed by the British Assessment Bureau to UKCAS standards to ensure our systems meet the requirements of both ISO 9001 and ISO27001.
The ISO 9000 family of quality management systems standards is designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product. ISO 9000 deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems, including the eight management principles upon which the family of standards is based. ISO 9001 deals with the requirements that organizations wishing to meet the standard must fulfil.
ISO 27001 is a specification for an information security management system (ISMS). An ISMS is a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical and technical controls involved in an organisation's information risk management processes.
RIPE is an independent, not-for-profit membership organisation that supports the infrastructure of the Internet. Their most prominent activity is to act as the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) providing global Internet resources and related services (IPv4, IPv6 andAS Number resources).
RIPE members are responsible for the distribution and registration of Internet number resources at a local level. They also ensure that RIPE community policies and procedures are followed at a local level.
Ofcom is the Independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries.
Serviced Cloud are registered with Ofcom as a communications provider and reseller of fixed line and broadband services. This allows us to apply for Telephone numbers from the National Numbering Scheme.
